Implants, Dentures and Bridges

There may be instances where a tooth or teeth cannot be saved and need to be removed. We are happy to let you know that these can be replaced with a number of options. Implants are a very good way to replace individual or multiple teeth. They consist of a titanium screw which is placed into the jaw and a ceramic crown to replace the crown of the missing tooth/teeth.

Ceramic Bridges are another way to replace teeth. A bridge is exactly how it sounds. We place crowns on the teeth on either side of the missing tooth/teeth as a supporting structure to enable your new natural looking ceramic teeth.

Dentures are commonly the cheapest option to replace teeth and are still a very good option for those who are looking for a cheaper alternative. Dentures come in two types, acrylic and metal backed dentures. The acrylic is typically used for replacing all upper or lower teeth. The metal backed dentures are generally used for replacing multiple missing teeth on the top or the bottom of your mouth. Metal backed dentures are more stable and less intrusive than acrylic dentures.
